
Sign-Ups are now open for the first European event of the UniRocketeers Circuit 2022-23.
UniRocketeers Winter 2022-23 will feature 16 of Europe’s best University Rocket League teams competing for their share of a 5,000€ prize pool. The winning team will also receive an early invite to Psyonix’s CRL World Championship, to be held in Summer 2023!
You can watch UR Winter on the UniRocketeers Twitch channel. There will also be Community Stream broadcasts on Tylacto’s Twitch channel.
To participate you must be a full-time student at an eligible institution. A full breakdown of the rules and tournament structure can be found here.

National Registration
Teams can only compete in UR Winter if they are registered for one of our partnered National Leagues.
Sign-Ups for some of these events are closing quite soon so make sure to check them out as early as you can!
- Belgium – Belgian Student League – Sign-Up Deadline: TBC
- Germany – Uniliga Germany – Sign-Up Deadline: Sunday 23rd October
- Ireland – Nativz Collegiate – Sign-Up Deadline: Friday 14th October
- Netherlands – Dutch Student League – Sign-Up Deadline: TBC
- Nordics – Uniliga Nordics – Sign-Up Deadline: Monday 31st October
- United Kingdom – National Student Esports – Sign-Up Deadline: Sunday 16th October
- Rest of Europe* – UR Wildcard League – Sign-Up Deadline: Monday 31st October
*Universities from Russia are not permitted to compete in this year’s UniRocketeers Circuit.
Format Breakdown
Open Qualifiers
- There will be 4 Open Qualifiers, with 4 teams progressing from each.
- There is no limit to the number of Open Qualifiers a team can choose to play in.
- Each Open Qualifier will be a Double Elimination Bracket, consisting of Best-of-3 and Best-of 5 matches.
Swiss Stage
- 16 Teams will compete in an RLCS-Style Swiss Bracket consisting of Best-of-5 matches.
- Each team will play a maximum of 5 matches. Teams who win 3 matches will progress to the Playoffs. Teams who lose 3 matches will be eliminated from the tournament.
- The Top 8 teams will progress to the Playoffs.
Playoffs
- 8 Teams will compete in a Single Elimination Bracket consisting of Best-of-7 matches.
